Sales Admin Team Leader

• Perform sales targets according to the Bank’s products and services.
• Implement fully and quality KPI sales plan / day: including number of calls to customers, number of sales offers SPDV Bank …)
• Take direct responsibility for assigned business targets.
• Develop and implement customer marketing plans.
• Carry out promotion programs for banking products and services.
• Guide, introduce, consult products and services, financial solution packages in accordance with the capabilities and conditions of customers.
• Collecting, aggregating and managing customer information to serve the business and customer care.

• Men & Women ages 20 – 30
• Graduated from University with major in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration and related fields
• Reading and understanding specialized English / Office, Autocad, MS Project and specialized software
• Good analytical skills, negotiation and presentations.
• Working in high pressure.

• At least 02 years working in a Business position
• Honest, positive, conversational character.
